1. Cancellation Policy

All orders are final once placed and cannot be canceled.
Customers are advised to review their order details thoroughly with our salesperson before confirming the purchase.

2. Return Policy (After Shipment)

• Incorrect item received (e.g. wrong model, size, or missing item from the package)
• Proven authenticity dispute (must be submitted with an official report from a recognized authentication body within 3 days)
• Severe and undisclosed damage (not stated or visible in listing/photos)

• Request must be made within 3 working days of receiving the item.
• Item must be returned unused, in original condition with packaging, dust bags, cards, and gifts (if any).
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and risks.
• Returned item must be packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.
• Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) must be included.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria.

• If approved, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method.
• Bank Transfer: Refunded within 3–5 working days.
• Credit Card: Refunded to your bank (timing depends on your card issuer).

4. Change of Mind Policy

Due to the nature of preloved luxury goods, we do not accept cancellations or returns for:

• Change of mind
• Wrong purchase made by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse

Please review all product details and images carefully before purchasing.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship within Malaysia and to selected international countries. Tracking numbers will be provided.

• Ready stock: Ships within 1–3 working days
• Malaysia: Delivery in 2–5 working days
• International: Varies by country and customs

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout only.
• Please ensure all address and contact details are accurate.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Any issues caused by incorrect addresses will be the buyer’s responsibility.

If a parcel is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional charges will apply for redelivery.

• Requests to change shipping address must be made within 12 hours of order by emailing [insert your email].
• Changes after 12 hours may incur additional charges and are subject to approval.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order is packed and collected by our courier, you will receive a tracking number via email or message to monitor your delivery.
